Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment at any of our clinics, please contact us as soon as possible. You can find the contact numbers on this page.

When booking, we require a mobile number and/or an email address so we can send appointment reminders 48 hours in advance.

If your appointment is more than 24 hours away, we’re happy to reschedule it for you free of charge.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or do not attend, the full appointment fee will be charged.
Please note, future appointments cannot be booked until this fee has been paid. Payment will also be required at the time of booking your next appointment to confirm your slot.

If you are running late, please call the clinic. We will always do our best to accommodate you, but if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we cannot guarantee that your podiatrist will be able to see you. In this case, the full appointment charge will still apply.

Following two missed appointments or short-notice cancellations, we reserve the right to decline future bookings.

All refunds are subject to an administration fee.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy, and understand that applicable fees will be invoiced accordingly.
