Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment at any of our practices, please call the clinic as soon as possible. You can find the contact numbers on this page.

Upon booking, we require a mobile number and/or an email address for reminder messages which are sent 48 hours before your appointment.

If your appointment is more than 24 hours away we will be happy to reschedule this for you free of charge.

If you do not turn up to the appointment or cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, this appointment cost will need to be paid in full.

Please note, you will not be able to book a new appointment until this fee is paid. You will be asked to pay for your next appointment to confirm the booking.

Late arrivals; please contact the clinic if you are running a few minutes late. Should you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we cannot guarantee the podiatrist will be able to see you. Please note the full appointment charge will still apply.

Following two no shows or short notice cancellations, we reserve the right to refuse appointments.

All refunds are subject to an administration fee.
