My first year being Your Local Podiatrist.

Molly joined the team over 12 months ago now; time flies when you’re having fun.

After graduating with a first class honours degree in podiatry, Molly joined the team in June 2023. Within the last year she has developed valuable patient-practitioner relationships, and has shown enthusiasm when learning new treatments, techniques and skills.

She has shared this blog post with the team about her time with us so far.

There are constantly new chances to enhance my knowledge and abilities. Whether it’s diagnosing a complex foot condition, recommending personalised treatments, or collaborating with other practitioners.

  1. What are the 3 most common issues you’re presented with in clinic? “Verrucas, plantar fasciitis, then it is either fungal nail or corns.”
  2. What issue do you enjoy diagnosing & treating? “I like our verruca treatment, because of the satisfaction when we have resolved them!”
  3. Which is your preferred appointment type? “Podicure, it’s definitely a podicure”
  4. Which is your favourite location to work? “Marsden, I love working in Marsden. The sheep make it interesting.”
  5. What has been the best moment from your time here, so far? “Can I say all of it? It is a hard one to pick just one moment.”
